Payment and Cancellation

I work during school term times and accept payment in advance through bank transfer for each half term period. 

I accept cancellation notice for holidays and school trips at the start of each period, but do not refund for cancellations during the half term period. However, I will offer an alternative day or online lesson if that is possible.
